Shipping Policy Orders are processed daily and ship out the next business day according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking is updated subsequently within 1-2 business days after shipping via email auto updates. US Orders: Standard shipping and priority shipping is available at checkout, shipping is via UPS/USPS, 100% of in stock orders are shipped within one business day.

What about support? Our support is standing by to assist our customers. Turnaround time for support tickets is in the order received and on average within a business day. Easily contact our support desk directly via email by replying to your order confirmation via email and/or utilizing the support form below.

Where can I find product tutorials? Click on your SMOVE product above for tutorials pertaining to your specific SMOVE product.

Can I add audio/other accessories? Yes, visit our Instagram page for helpful setup guides and posts for audio/extra accessories.

Will this work with all phones? Yes, all phones are compatible, though it is advised to use phones without external bulky cases if you have a larger sized phone.

Order change. Once your order is confirmed, it automatically proceeds to processing and fulfillment. Please ensure your order information is correct and accurate upon submitting your order. If you need to make an order change, please contact support which will make every best effort to assist with a post confirmation change if needed.

Attachments: When sending attachments (ie photos, media, files, etc) to the support desk, please ensure the file size is under 1Mb. Note: If an IT server issue has affected the delivery of outgoing communications on a pending ticket, submit a new support ticket.
